A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Pastry Chef de Partie to join the kitchen in a successful and established customer facing restaurant near Ware serving all fresh food daily menus using the best local produce. It is a very busy restaurant so you will need volume experience.

You will need your own transport.

As a Pastry Chef de Partie you will prepare the pastry and dessert items for this busy restaurant. A true foodie, you will bring your personality and passion to the kitchen to produce freshly cooked, fabulous food.
As Pastry Chef de Partie you will:
Prepare and cook the pastry/dessert dishes on a regularly changing menus

Help to monitor stock levels and manage stock orders
Manage the cleaning of equipment and working areas to the highest food hygiene standards.
work closely with the front of house team
Maintain high standards of food presentation

A pastry chef de partie with a background working within pastry in high volume fast paced restaurants/pubs/hotels/catering operations

Friendly, with an engaging personality and a genuine love for customer service.
Knowledgeable in Food Hygiene and Health and Safety requirements.
