Job Description

CFC Hospitality recruitment looking for a Pastry sous chef with Stable rosette background.

Our client stunning 4* hotel in the Lake District with a long history for the great food!

This stunning property offers the best views possible great staff accommodation and great work-life balance.

Pastry Sous Chef duties:-

Working closely with the Head Chef with the day to day running of the Kitchen
Training, developing and motivating your team
Stock control, rotation and ordering
Ensuring high standards of food preparation and service are delivered consistently
Adhering to all hygiene, safety and due diligence policies at all times

Pastry Sous Chef requirements:-

A stable background as a Pastry Sous Chef within a high volume and quality Hotel or Restaurant environment, whilst working with fresh food
Be a passionate food lover
Be a hands on Manager who is able to keep the team motivated during the whole of the shift
