This is a fantastic opportunity for a Pastry Sous Chef to work for a Tea Salon that offers a classic but sophisticated Afternoon Tea menu that caters for up to 500 people per day. Morning shifts only - 9:00 am to 5:00pm
40/45 hours per week max
Salary of £48k per annumplus lots of benefits
All bank holidays off (Christmas and New Year included)

We are looking for a Pastry Junior Sous Chef or Pastry Sous Chef that can manage a brigade in a fast-paced and high volume operation, run the pass, that's is knowledgeable about Afternoon Tea (i.e. allergens, prep, orderings, etc) creative with menus, well-versed in suppliers, and seasonality of ingredients.
Experience in 5* hotels or Afternoon Tea is a must*.
