Job Description - PA/Team Assistant

Role: PA/Team Assistant
Where: West End

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced PA/Team Assistant to join a boutique investment firm based in London's West End. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a thriving environment alongside a close-knit and supportive team. This role will see you working as a key part of the support team providing efficient, high-level support. We are looking for a professional candidate who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, confident spinning numerous plates at one time whilst being ultra flexible to fit around the needs of the company. You will be a team player who prides themselves on attention to detail.

What you'll be doing

On a day-to-day basis your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Coordinating projects, logistics and meetings
  • Managing complex diary schedules and coordinating internal and external meetings across multiple time zones
  • Arranging international travel plans for team members
  • Processing expenses
  • Updating and proofreading legal documents and files to ensure information is accurate and up to date.
  • Assisting with any other office admin tasks such as answering phones, greeting guests, booking couriers and managing meeting room bookings


Who you are

We are looking for a professional candidate who takes pride in their thorough approach and ability to juggle tasks. You will be:

  • Proficient in Microsoft packages, particularly Outlook and diary management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to juggle many tasks simultaneously
  • Outgoing and positive working attitude


This role comes with a range of great benefits and generous salary. This is a full-time role and you will be required to work 4 to 5 days per week in office.
