Job Title: Patent Administrator/Paralegal

Location: City of London

Working arrangement: Hybrid (3 days in the office)

About the company: Specialist IP firm

Role overview: The firm is seeking a Paralegal to join on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will provide support to the Technical, Software and Electronics department.

Key responsibilities:

• document preparation
• maintaining records for fee earner cases
• document searches

Qualifications: Completion of the CIPA/CITMA course is highly desirable for this role along with a keen interest in IP.
