About the Role:

• Deliver tailored learning programs that support students with complex needs.
• Foster an inclusive and supportive classroom environment.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including therapists and support staff.
• Develop creative and engaging lesson plans that align with individual learning pathways.
• Assess and monitor student progress, adapting teaching strategies accordingly.

About You:

• Qualified teacher status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification.
• Experience working with students with complex needs, SEND, or additional learning requirements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to differentiate learning to meet individual student needs.
• Passionate about inclusive education and student development.
