Patient Care Administrator

My client is a community healthcare provider who is dedicated to improving everyone’s wellbeing by making healthcare better. They currently seek a number of Patient Care Administrators to help clear admin-related tasks to help manage increased demand into some of their services.

The Administrators will work onsite at their Newcastle location for 37.5 hours per week (Mon-Fri, between 8:30am and 5pm) and are offered on a temporary basis for 12 weeks.

The start date for these roles is 9th June 2025. You must be able to start on this date.

Duties

- Send batch text messages to patients inviting them to call to book their first appointments.

- Release patients who have reached the end of their pathway and require a discharge from the service.

- Update patients' records.
