Patient Care Coordinator

A highly renowned Harley Street clinic has an exhilarating position for someone who great customer services and sales skills . The main purpose of the role is for the coordinator to help the patients and follow them through their journey from first contact to after care.

You will be working a 37.5 hour week with a variety of shifts on rotation

The key responsibilities include :-

• Answering phone queries
• Booking surgical consultations and appointments
• Invoicing patients for deposits and surgery balances
• To hit monthly targets and KPIs
• Update all records and patient database

You will have :-

• A minimum of 2 years experience in customer facing roles
• A minimum of 2 years sales experience ideally selling consumer services within luxury brands with a proven track record
• Good problem solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written skills
