Patient Coordinator

Role Overview: 

The Patient Coordinator plays an essential role in ensuring a positive experience for patients and their families at NAPA Center. This position requires a compassionate, organised, and detail-oriented individual who can manage administrative tasks while providing excellent customer service. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Welcome clients and visitors to the clinic with professionalism and a warm attitude. 

• Assist patients with the check-in process, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate. 

• Schedule appointments and manage patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations. 

• Maintain and update prescription records, ensuring renewals are processed promptly. 

• Respond to patient queries and follow up on unresolved matters in a timely and professional manner. 

• Provide administrative support to the front office and other departments. 

• Assume additional tasks to support the clinic and provide an excellent patient experience. 

Requirements: 

• A positive and empathetic approach to patient care. 

• Proven experience in a healthcare, customer service, or administrative role (1-3 years preferred). 

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with a diverse range of individuals. 

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. 

• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently when .
