Pawnbroking Specialist

We are looking for a full-time Pawnbroking Specialists with native Tamil/Hindi language skills for our branches in Wembley, Southall and Hounslow branches. The ideal candidate must have pawnbroking experience, expertise in gold assessment, and strong sales skills. UK citizenship or at least 3 years of the right to work in the UK is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers, providing tailored assistance and establishing long-term relationships.
• Handle jewelry sales, exchanges, and consumer credit, ensuring customers understand their options.
• Accurately assess the value of gold and precious metals.
• Manage point-of-sale processes, including cash handling and transaction accuracy.
• Implement company policies and maintain high standards of security, appearance, and hygiene.
• Understand and apply company clerical procedures and service methodologies.

Required Qualifications:

• Native-level Tamil/Hindi proficiency.
• Fluent English language skills.
• Minimum A-levels in mathematics.
• Customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Experience in pawnbroking and precious metals is preferred.
• UK citizenship or 3 years of the right to work in the UK.
