Job Description - Pay and Bill Specialist

The Pay and Bill Specialist will be responsible for overseeing the accurate processing of payroll and billing within the business services industry. This permanent role in London requires a detail-oriented individual with strong accounting and finance skills.

Description

  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees.
  • Manage billing operations, including invoicing clients and reconciling accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve payroll and billing discrepancies.
  • Maintain compliance with relevant financial regulations and company policies.
  • Prepare and distribute payroll reports for management review.
  • Support month-end financial processes and ensure data accuracy.
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.

Profile

A successful Pay and Bill Specialist should have:

  • Relevant qualifications or experience in accounting and finance.
  • Proficiency in payroll and billing systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Job Offer

  • Competitive salary in the range of £28000 to £30000 GBP per annum.
  • Four days in the office with hybrid flexibility during month-end.
  • Working hours from 9 am to 6 pm, offering a structured schedule.
