Job Description - Payment Processing Administrator - Hybrid Working!

Salary - £23,000 - £27,000

- 35 hour working week, Monday - Friday

They will provide a combination of formal and on the job learning, as well as professional development. There are opportunities within the business for people with the right skills, behaviours and attitude to build their career and achieve their aspirations. They are committed to developing all of their employees, entry level technicians are supported to achieve professional qualifications with the Chartered Institute of Insurance to achieve a certificate in insurance (Cert CII qualified). This will be achieved via the fully supported Level 3 apprenticeship route.

Responsibilities:

- General admin, data entry and document creation.

- Keep internal systems up to date with new information.

- Ensure incoming and outgoing payments match system.

- Follow up and allocate payments between businesses.

- Supporting colleagues and teams with general queries.

- Communicate with internal teams to chase or send information.

Candidate Attributes:

- GCSEs in English and Maths at Grade 5 or above (or equivalent)

- Commitment to studying and achieving the Cert CII (paid for by the company) within an 18-24 month period

- Ability to analyse and identify key information

- Ability to problem solve using knowledge of policies and procedures

- Effective communication skills

- Decision making

- Problem solving

- Confident in using a computer
