Payments Delivery Lead

Role: Payments Delivery Lead

Location: Central London (Hybrid – 4 days/week onsite)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-border payments initiatives involving FX, compliance, and international flows.
• Design solutions for liquidity pooling, intraday optimization, and agile provisioning.
• Ability to Research emerging payment technologies:
• Stablecoins, CBDCs, tokenized assets, digital wallets
• Create presentations and diagrams for senior stakeholders.
• Drive agile delivery across teams and ensure alignment across business, tech, and compliance.
• Build trusted relationships and ensure delivery assurance.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of SWIFT, SEPA, CHAPS, RTGS, ISO 20022.
• Familiarity with digital assets and DeFi protocols.
• Ability to model liquidity flows and optimize treasury operations.
• Proficient in Visio, Lucidchart, PowerPoint, Miro, Confluence.
• Excellent communication and strategic thinking.
• Basic understanding of APIs, system integration, and cloud-native architectures.
