Payments - Kinexys Networks (Liink Confirm) Client Engagement - Associate/Senior Associate - Londo

The Kinexys Networks Client Engagement team are responsible for client engagement, commercial execution and product advocacy.

As an Associate within the Kinexys Networks Client Engagement team, you will play a key role in helping drive the growth and adoption of Liink Confirm across EMEA and APAC. Working closely with senior Client Engagement leads, Product, Technology, Legal and Operations teams, you will help onboard new clients, support existing relationships, identify commercial opportunities and ensure clients derive maximum value from the network.

This role combines client engagement, commercial execution and product advocacy - making it ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with clients while helping shape the future direction of innovative network solutions. You will act as the operational and execution engine behind client engagement activities, helping to scale client onboarding, maintain strong client relationships, support revenue growth and provide actionable client insights back into the product organization.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop trusted relationships with clients and help ensure a high-quality client experience throughout the client lifecycle.
• Maintain pipeline reporting, opportunity tracking, CRM hygiene, and visibility of key commercial opportunities.
• Drive client meetings and prepare meeting materials, recaps, action logs, follow-up communications, and onboarding documentation.
• Conduct account reviews to identify opportunities for increased adoption, expansion, and revenue growth across existing and prospective clients.
• Assist with the preparation of proposals, business cases, client presentations, product demonstrations, and deal-support materials.
• Develop deep knowledge of the Kinexys Networks product suite, market landscape, client use cases, and competitive environment.
• Gather client feedback and business requirements, communicating insights to Product, Technology, Operations, and other stakeholder teams to help shape future product enhancements.
• Coordinate onboarding and implementation activities across Product, Technology, Operations, Legal, Compliance, and other internal partners to support successful client delivery.
• Support strategic initiatives including market research, competitor analysis, client coverage planning, adoption reporting, and go-to-market activities.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in client-facing roles within financial services, payments, fintech, technology, consulting or related industries.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Alongside excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience using CRM and pipeline management tools.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills

• Experience supporting enterprise client onboarding or implementation programs.
• Knowledge of payments, account validation, transaction banking, blockchain networks or financial technology solutions.
• Experience working with APIs, SaaS products or network-based platforms.
• Experience in a highly matrixed organization with multiple stakeholder groups.
• Demonstrated ability to balance client needs, commercial objectives and operational execution.
• Experience supporting sales, account management, client success or product organizations.
