Payroll Accounts Assistant

What will the Payroll / Accounts Assistant role involve?

• Support monthly UK and international payroll processing.
• Maintain payroll records and reconcile accounts.
• Process expense claims and credit card reconciliations.
• Liaise with employees to resolve queries promptly.
• Prepare and post month-end journals (payroll, accruals, recharges).
• Raise and post intercompany invoices.
• Provide general finance admin support.

Suitable Candidate for the Payroll / Accounts Assistant vacancy:

• Good Excel skills.
• CIPP qualification or working towards it is desirable but not essential.
• Proactive, team-focused, and keen to learn.
