Job Description - Payroll Administrator

JOB TITLE: Payroll Administrator
SALARY: £31,000 - £35,000
HOURS: Full Time - Permanent
STRUCTURE: Hybrid - 3 days office
LOCATION: North London


A well known global organisation is expanding its team and are seeking a Payroll Administrator to join the team.

Responsibilities :
  • End-to-end processing of high-volume fortnightly and monthly payrolls
  • Ensuring timely and accurate employee payments
  • Assisting with year-end processes and statutory payroll reporting
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams on ad-hoc payroll initiatives
  • Upholding the accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of payroll data
  • Adhering to payroll legislation and internal SOX compliance requirements
  • Responding to payroll-related queries from employees and internal stakeholders
Skills & experience required:

• Solid working knowledge of ResourceLink / Zellis payroll systems (essential)
• Proven end-to-end payroll experience
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines
• Good understanding of UK payroll legislation and pension rules
