About the Job

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced payroll professional to join a friendly and supportive payroll function. Working within a fast-paced environment, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and accurate processing of the payroll, whilst dealing with a variety of payroll-related tasks.

Duties will include:

• End-to-end processing of weekly payroll for a range of employees
• Managing payroll queries and providing timely resolutions
• Handling all aspects of starters and leavers, including statutory payments such as SSP and SMP
• Administering pension contributions and PAYE submissions

About the Successful Applicant

You will have at least two years’ experience in a payroll role and a good understanding of UK payroll legislation. You’ll be confident working with Excel and enjoy being part of a busy, supportive team. Strong communication skills, accuracy, and the ability to manage priorities effectively will be key to your success in this role.
