Job Description - Payroll Administrator

Payroll Administrator | Temp to Perm | £27,000 - £30,000 |

We’re working with a well-established organisation located near Coventry, seeking a Payroll Administrator for a temp-to-perm position. This role is fully office-based, offering a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in iTrent payroll processing.

Key Details:

Contract: Temp-to-Perm
Location: Near Coventry, Midlands (easily commutable from surrounding areas)
Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Hours: Full-time, 5 days on-site
Start: ASAP

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end payroll processing using iTrent
Resolving payroll queries and ensuring accuracy
Preparing payroll reports and assisting with audits
Supporting HR and finance teams

About You:

Experience using iTrent is essential
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to manage high-volume payroll processing
A proactive and team-oriented approach
