  • Generating payslips, RTI submissions, and remittance advice

  • Maintaining up-to-date records for starters, leavers, contracts, and statutory documentation

  • Helping calculate holiday pay and statutory payments (SSP, SMP, etc.)

  • Working with internal teams (customer service, finance) to ensure smooth payroll operations

What We're Looking For
  • GCSE in Maths (Grade C/4 or above)

  • At least 6 months' experience in HR, accounts, payroll, or general office-based admin

  • Comfortable and confident on the phone - this is a customer-facing role

  • High attention to detail and excellent accuracy

  • Strong organisation and time management skills

  • Proficiency in Excel and willingness to learn new systems

What You'll Get
  • £25,000 - £27,500 depending on experience

  • Office-based for the first month, then hybrid or remote working options available

  • Full training and ongoing development

  • Quarterly lunch clubs and the chance to qualify for three international incentive trips per year

  • A supportive, fast-paced team environment within a business that has been voted one of The Times Best Companies to Work For

If you're looking for your first step into payroll or want to grow your career in a company that truly values its people - we'd love to hear from you.
