Join the team as our new Payroll Administrator!
What You'll Do:
- Management of UK T&A System, liaising with supervisors and management to resolve anomalies
- Ad-hoc T&A reporting
- Continuous improvement of T&A processes
- Supporting the Payroll and Treasury Lead with the monthly payroll
- Completing all payroll journal entries and Payroll related reconciliations
- Being able to competently deputise for the Payroll and Treasury Lead in times of absence including being able to independently run the payroll for UK and administer other outsourced payrolls in Europe.
- To raise bank payments and perform bank reconciliations
- Perform any ad-hoc duties as required by the Payroll and Treasury Lead
What It Takes:
Education and Experience:
- Experience of working in Payroll or very similar role
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized and structured
- Accuracy and adherence to deadlines
- PC Literate
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work as a team and independently
