£28,000 to £32,000 + Company Benefits, Company Bonus

Are you a Payroll Administrator looking for the chance to join a prestigious firm, operating for over 150 years, that distinguishes itself with their expertise in working hand in hand with their clients, creating a better, happier business?

Do you want the chance to join an industry and sector leading firm as a Payroll Administrator, working alongside the best and brightest in the industry, providing crucial support in the payroll department.

On offer is the opportunity to join the firm as a Payroll Administrator, where you will be responsible for organising and ensuring the smooth operation of payroll. You will have the opportunity to work alongside all members of the firm and communicate with clients alike in a business that will value your input and reward you accordingly.

In this role you will be running payroll, you will be dealing with clients and the members of the firm alike, you will be ensuring pension contributions are correctly recorded, processing starters and leavers, setting up new clients and handling statutory calculations and compliance.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in payroll administration alongside strong analytical skills and familiarity with payroll software. A good telephone manner and organisational skills is also vital.

The Role

  • Liaise with clients and processing payrolls
  • Process starters and leavers and pension contributions
  • Handle statutory calculations and setting up clients in the payroll system

The Person

  • Proven experience in the Payroll Administration role
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
  • Familiarity with the payroll software and data entry skills
