An amazing opportunity for an experience Payroll Administrator to join a busy and friendly payroll team, based in Newark, Nottingham, initially 3 months fixed term contract with hybrid working 2 days home 3 days office.
As the Payroll Administrator, you will provide support to the payroll department, and will be responsible for processing the employees pay accurately.
Main duties of the Payroll Administrator will be:
* Managing the end-to-end process of payroll
* Preparing and running weekly, four weekly and monthly payrolls
* Uploading starters and leavers information
* Accurately processing of timesheets
* Processing SSP/SMP calculations and statutory documents such as P6, P45, P60, Court Orders, Tax credits, Student Loans
* Producing P45, P60, P6
* Month- end and year-end
* Reconciliation of payroll and generating reports
Ideal candidate for the role of Payroll Administrator:
* Experience and knowledge of Payroll processes
* Able to work within high volume payroll environment
* Excellent attention to detail
* Able to work to strict deadlines
* Knowledge of Sage or other payroll systems
* Strong communication skills - written and verbal
