Job Description - Payroll and Benefits Administrator

Title: Payroll and Benefits Administrator
Location: London – 3 days per week

Salary: £30-35,000
Contract: Permanent

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Payroll and Benefits Administrator to join our team in London. This role provides vital support to the international payroll function, ensuring that employees across global markets receive accurate and timely pay and benefits services. You will be the first point of contact for a range of employee queries, working closely with the International Payroll and HR teams to deliver high-quality support across the full employee lifecycle.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with all stages of the international payroll cycle to ensure efficient processing.
  • Collect and manage weekly timesheets, ensuring they are submitted and processed accurately.
  • Support the administration of global employee benefits, tailored to each country’s requirements.
  • Be the go-to person for queries regarding pay, sickness, holiday entitlement and leave payments.
  • Oversee the administration of employee benefits such as bonuses and health plans where applicable.
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues to deliver planned lifecycle events while ensuring compliance with internal policies and local legislation.
  • Make updates and basic changes to employee records as needed.
  • Help manage the payroll queries inbox, working closely with store managers, concession managers and employees.
  • Liaise with the external payroll provider to support the smooth running of payroll.
  • Provide occasional support to the UK payroll function when necessary.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience working in a high-volume payroll environment.
  • Familiarity with international payroll processes is a plus however not essential.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership and recognise when to escalate issues.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines.
