We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Payroll and Benefits Manager to play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and accurate administration of payroll and employee benefits, while also spearheading wellness initiatives to support a healthy and engaged workforce.

Qualifications:
· Associate’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience/training); bachelor’s degree or current PHR/SHPR certification preferred.
· Minimum of five (5) years of experience in human resources with a focus on payroll and benefits administration.
· Experience in program development and engagement initiatives.
· Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong attention to detail.
· Excellent organizational and time management skills; ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, payroll and benefits software and HRIS systems; experience with Paylocity and Employee Navigator a plus.
· Creative thinker and proactive problem solver.
· A positive, “can do” attitude.
