The HR Infrastructure team at Catalyst Partners is excited to be partnering with a global leader operating as an innovative and high-performing Financial Services firm. A new opportunity has arisen to join an impactful team that thrives in a fast-paced and collaborative culture.

About the Role

This role will be responsible for supporting payroll and benefits administration across both UK and international entities. The successful candidate will also contribute to project-based initiatives within the Reward team, playing a key role in enhancing departmental processes and systems. Prior experience in financial or investment environments is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Excellent analytical and organisational skills to multitask and coordinate multi-country payroll processes.
  • Balances a disciplined approach to daily operations with a flexible, solution-oriented mindset
  • A strong team player who demonstrates a strong ability to collaborate and provide technical and operational support for various stakeholders.

About You

  • Proven experience in processing UK payroll from end-to-end
  • Strong working knowledge of Workday systems and workflows
  • Knowledgeable in vendor-managed payroll systems across diverse jurisdictions
  • Skilled in maintaining strong relationships with external benefit vendors as well as managing the annual benefits renewals.
  • Strong familiarity with the most recent employment laws, tax regulations, and benefits policies
  • Proficient with keeping ongoing records such as Expatriate payroll
  • Ability to provide support with any payroll and benefits-related queries
  • Familiarity with the preparation for year-end reporting
