Payroll & Benefits Specialist - 80,000 Euros + Bonus - Dublin

Frazer Jones are delighted to be supporting a leading name within financial services on the recruitment of a Payroll & Benefits Specialist to join the business on a permanent basis.

This role is fully office based

The Role:

• Payroll Management
  • Oversee monthly payroll processes for London, Dublin, and New York offices.
  • Review payroll instruction files to ensure all required changes are accurately captured.
  • Verify that updates are correctly reflected across employee payslips.
  • Reconcile payroll reports and ensure consistency and accuracy of payroll data.
  • Process payroll changes and produce detailed reconciliation and reporting.
• Benefits Administration
  • Manage benefits for all three locations, including remittance, reconciliations, and processing of joiners, leavers, and life event changes.
  • Administer pension schemes and 401(k) plans.
  • Execute payroll year-end procedures.
• HR Support and Communication
  • Assist the Head of HR with benefit plan design, renewals, and strategic planning.
  • Communicate benefit plan details effectively and conduct onboarding/offboarding benefit meetings.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for payroll and benefits-related inquiries across all locations.
• Stakeholder Coordination
  • Act as liaison with third-party payroll providers, benefit administrators, and brokers.
