Description

Payroll and HR Executive

• Payroll and compliance assistance - submitting changes to the payroll, processing invoices
• Updating employee records
• Onboarding and offboarding new starters and leavers
• Prepare payroll data ready of internal and external audit
• Supporting the wider HR / Payroll team with any further administration
• Calculating changes of statutory payments such as sickness, maternity, paternity etc.

• Happy to work on a hybrid office pattern
• Looking to develop and grow their knowledge within a shared Payroll and HR department
• The ability to multitask and carry strong communication
• Proactive, resilient and at times self sufficient
