Payroll and Pensions Administrator

Role Details

Contract: 12-month Fixed-Term Contract
Hours: 37 hours per week - Monday to Friday
Location LE1
Working pattern: Hybrid - minimum of 2 days per week in the office, typically Tuesdays and Thursdays
Salary range: £32,000 - £33,000
Start date: As soon as possibleCandidate Requirements
We're seeking applicants with substantial payroll administration experience, ideally gained within the public sector and, preferably, within a Higher Education environment.

Candidates should demonstrate:

Experience of pension administration
Excellent customer service and stakeholder management skills
The ability to work independently and manage their own workload effectively
The confidence and capability to provide guidance and support to Payroll & Pensions Co-ordinators on more complex payroll and pensions mattersDue to the nature of the role, the successful candidate must be able to hit the ground running, integrate quickly into the team, and make an immediate contribution.
