Our Professional Services Department is actively seeking candidates for various positions within our new and existing business consultancy teams. We are currently looking to recruit

Application Consultants

who will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer experiences through the delivery of top-notch consultancy services. Your primary focus will be on ensuring successful project implementation and delivering excellent customer satisfaction.

This consultancy role will encompass Payroll AND/OR HR, and hence, prior knowledge and experience in these domains are indispensable.

These positions offer remote work options, as MHR head offices are based in Nottingham. However, occasional travel to customer sites MAY be required during the week. We are actively promoting remote working to accommodate our widespread MHR customer base across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality Payroll AND/OR HR consultancy services to customers and prospects, ensuring strategic and operational objectives are met.
Implement business changes with technology support, seeking efficiency and added value in all consultancy delivery.
Stay up-to-date with relevant legislation and best practices to enhance service quality and relevance.
Collaborate with the management team to achieve business plan goals.
Uphold a positive image of MHR in all interactions.
Maintain the highest standards of professional conduct and appearance.
Demonstrate expert knowledge of MHR products and services consistently.
Stay informed about company products, services, methodologies, policies, procedures, and customer needs.
Comply with all company policies and procedures.
Identify and communicate additional commercial opportunities to relevant stakeholders.
Skills:
Proven track record of delivering results in a business change environment.
Experience with Payroll AND/OR HR systems (knowledge of iTrent is preferred but not mandatory).
Strong commercial awareness.
Effective communication skills at all levels.
Well-organised and methodical, with keen attention to detail.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
