Are you an experienced Payroll Controller looking to take ownership of end-to-end payrolls across multiple entities? We are working with a leading organisation in their sector, currently seeking a detail-driven and proactive Payroll Controller to join their thriving finance team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned Payroll Controller who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing complex, high-volume payrolls from start to finish.

Day to day responsibilities of the Payroll Controller will include:

• Full responsibility for the processing of multiple UK payrolls monthly
• Managing payroll changes including new starters, leavers, pensions, and statutory payments
• Liaising with HMRC and ensuring compliance with current UK payroll legislation
• Producing payroll reports and supporting month-end reporting processes
• Answering employee payroll queries in a timely and professional manner

The ideal Payroll Controller will have:

• Proven experience in a similar role with end-to-end payroll processing
• Experience handling multiple payrolls simultaneously
• Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation and statutory requirements
• Excellent Excel skills and familiarity with payroll systems
