Pinpoint Resourcing a Facilities Management company based in East London. The senior finance team are seeking a Payroll Coordinator to join them permanently.

Duties:

• Updating payroll data for staff members (hours, rate of pay) as per information obtained from managers
• Updating staff's personal information
• Managing pension contributions
• Processing Attachment of Earnings orders
• Processing new starter forms (document check, entry in system)
• Processing statutory payments (SSP, SMP..)
• Operating payroll systems (Templa CMS, Access Select Pay) on admin level
• Training new users of payroll systems
• Releasing and assigning timesheets to managers
• Supporting managers with wages
• Processing wages at the end of the month
• Processing payslips, P45 and P60
• Producing payroll reports for the Board

Requirements:

• At least 2 years experience working in a payroll position
• Experience using payroll processing software
• Good written and spoken communication

Salary:

• £30,000 - £35,000
