The Opportunity

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading Tier 1 joint venture delivering one of the UK's most critical, multi-billion-pound major infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

Working in a high-volume, fast-paced site office, you will take ownership of site timekeeping, data integrity, and payroll reconciliation:

Timekeeping & Audit: Monitor and audit electronic clocking records across a large site workforce; identify, investigate, and rectify anomalies, missed swipes, and variance discrepancies.

Systems Administration: Manage workforce hours and rosters within Kronos (or equivalent time & attendance software), ensuring records are updated accurately ahead of weekly payroll cut-offs.

Location & Mobility: Must have reliable daily transport to site in the Somerset region. Due to site location, daily on-site presence is essential.
