HR Systems and Payroll Manager
£48,348 - £54,395 per annum
Full time: 35 hours per week
Fixed Term: 12 Months

THE POST – HR Systems and Payroll Manager

We have an opportunity for a HR Systems and Payroll Manager to lead and manage the payroll and pensions, reward and systems teams. The post holder will deliver the goals and strategies identified on the People and Wellbeing map that align with and contribute to the delivery of the University corporate strategy. Key to this will be strong leadership of the team with an inclusive approach.

Within this role you will be responsible for putting processes and systems in place to ensure that there is an effective administrative support to HR colleagues, Schools and Departments in order to provide the University with meaningful and accurate analytics to enable business improvements.

This role will have the opportunity to go permanent.

The successful candidate should have the following:

Relevant degree or experience equivalence
Chartered Membership of CIPP or commensurate experience
Management of a team of payroll and pension administrative/ systems staff
HR Systems experience (design, implementation and problem-solving)
Project management experience
Payroll and pensions experience
