Description

• Manage the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to payroll.
• Maintain and update payroll systems to reflect changes in employee data.
• Handle queries from employees regarding payroll and deductions.
• Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance department to reconcile payroll accounts.
• Prepare payroll reports for management and external stakeholders.
• Support audits by providing required payroll documentation and reports.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency.

Profile

A successful Payroll Lead should have:

• Proven experience in payroll management within the industrial or manufacturing sectors.
• Strong knowledge of payroll systems and relevant software.
• Familiarity with UK payroll legislation and compliance requirements.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Effective communication skills for liaising with teams across the organisation.
