Payroll Manager

We are currently looking for an experienced Payroll Manager to join my client’s rapidly growing organisation based on the outskirts of Maidstone. This is a hands-on and rewarding opportunity to step into a key role with variety and responsibility!

Duties will include:

• Managing and processing monthly payroll
• Leading and supporting a small team
• Ensuring compliance with HMRC and payroll legislation
• Producing payroll reports and year-end submissions
• Acting as the main HR contact, advising on policy, recruitment, and employee relations
• Supporting staff onboarding, training, and development
• Maintaining accurate records in line with GDPR

The successful candidate will:

• Have proven payroll and HR experience
• Have great attention to detail and confident with deadlines
• Have the ability to lead and motive others and excellent communication skills
• Be comfortable handling confidential information professionally
