Payroll Manager Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end processing of monthly payroll for all employees
• Ensuring compliance with HMRC regulations and statutory requirements
• Managing pension contributions, benefits, and statutory deductions
• Handling payroll queries and providing timely resolutions
• Maintaining accurate payroll records and producing reports for management
• Liaising with HR and Finance to ensure smooth payroll operations
• Keeping up to date with changes in payroll legislation and best practices

Payroll Manager What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in a standalone or senior payroll role
• Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation and statutory requirements
• Experience using payroll software (e.g., Sage, Iris, or similar)
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach
