Are you an experienced Payroll Manager looking for your next challenge? Reed are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to lead payroll operations for our client.

As Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end payroll process for our growing organisation. You’ll ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of payroll while managing a small team and liaising with internal departments and external stakeholders.

• Manage and process monthly payroll for all employees
• Ensure compliance with HMRC regulations and company policies
• Maintain accurate payroll records and reports
• Oversee pension contributions, benefits, and statutory payments
• Lead and support payroll audits and year-end processes
• Provide guidance and support to the payroll team
• Collaborate with HR and Finance to streamline processes

• Proven experience in a payroll management role
• Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation and HMRC requirements
• Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., Sage, ADP, or similar)
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
