Payroll Manager – Independent Accountancy Practice

Tonbridge – up to £33,000 DOE

A growing, friendly accountancy practice is looking for an experienced Payroll professional to take ownership of its payroll function. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with solid payroll and practice experience who is confident running payrolls independently and enjoys client interaction.

The role:

Running payroll for around 200 clients using BrightPay – varied client of SMEs and OMBs.
Sole responsibility for the payroll function
Communicating with clients and building strong relationships
Supporting the wider team with growth plans, including some involvement in marketing the payroll service

About you:

Solid end-to-end payroll experience
Practice experience is desirable
Friendly and professional approach
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Happy liaising with clients and taking initiative
