Payroll Manager

Portfolio Payroll is excited to be working alongside our fabulous client based in the Derby area to recruit an experienced Payroll Manager. Our client is looking for a Payroll Manager who can really develop this function. Managing a small team this is a full end to end payroll management position with responsibility for all year end reporting, pensions administration and journals as well as full audit responsibility.

Some of the duties include;

• Managing the production of an accurate and efficient payroll
• Driving a policy of continuous improvement
• Ownership of all reporting and updating journals
• Managing all year end activities including p11D's
• Managing the benefits process including all annual cycles and liaising with 3rd party vendors
• Focus on service improvement
• Managing key stakeholder relationships within the business
