Payroll Manager

We're looking for a hands-on Payroll Manager to lead a small team and take ownership of all things payroll in a fun, growing business.

• Managing and developing a small, friendly payroll team

• Running multiple complex payrolls with accuracy and efficiency

• Overseeing payroll for both new starters and leavers - with plenty of onboarding and employee lifecycle management

• Ensuring compliance with HMRC, pensions, and statutory requirements

• Driving process improvements and ensuring payroll runs as smoothly as possible

• Acting as the go-to person for payroll queries, building strong relationships across the business

• A Payroll Manager (or strong Senior Payroll Specialist) with experience running end-to-end payrolls, ideally in a complex environment
