Hours: Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:00

• Process payroll for permanent and temporary employees accurately and on time - each year around 200 temporary workers join our team from April - October, so payroll demand fluctuates depending on high and low season
• Manage statutory payments including sick, maternity and holiday pay
• Maintain payroll records and ensure data accuracy and compliance
• Respond to employee payroll queries clearly and professionally
• Generate payroll reports and support financial reconciliations
• Stay up to date with payroll legislation and ensure compliance

This role is suited to someone who enjoys a practical, delivery-focused role. It is ideal for a mid-level payroll professional looking to run the day-to-day site payroll operations. We're also looking for someone with the following skills and experience:

• Comfortable and self-sufficient in running payroll independently, whilst collaborating with the wider HR and Finance team 
• Strong understanding of Irish payroll legislation and tax
• High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
  
• Excellent organisation and ability to meet deadlines
  
• Proficient in payroll systems and Microsoft Excel
• Experience processing payroll for a manufacturing or similar business, with an understanding of varied shift patterns, pay rates and overtime payments
• IPASS qualification (or equivalent) - desirable but not essential
