Job Description - Payroll Manager

A super exciting role has become available for a well-known business across the UK. This company is going from strength to strength & positions itself as a leader in their industry. As Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for a monthly and weekly payroll & a medium sized payroll team.

The Payroll Manager will be responsible for:

Managing a monthly and weekly payroll from start to finish
Overseeing all statutory deductions, including SMP, SPP, SSP, NI, PAYE
HMRC submissions
All year end processes
Stepping in and resolving any escalated queries
Managing the payroll team- carrying out one to ones, appraisals, training plans etc
Supporting with any project related work
Stakeholder management

To be considered for this role, candidates need to be an experienced Payroll Manager with can demonstrate previous staff management and comfortable dealing with a monthly and weekly payroll.
