Payroll Manager

Overview, 12 month Fixed Term Contract , £75,000 salary, hybrid working (could also be based in London).

I'm currently supporting a global organisation as they look to appoint an experienced Payroll Manager to oversee their US & Canadian payroll operations while supporting a significant payroll transformation programme.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment and enjoys combining operational leadership with change management.

Duties

* Lead payroll operations across the US & Canada

* Drive process improvements and transformation initiatives

* Work closely with global stakeholders and external partners

* Manage and develop an established payroll team

* Play a key role in shaping future payroll operations
