Payroll Manager - Accountancy Practice

South Buckinghamshire | £35,000+ DOE | Hybrid Working | Full-time, Permanent

Butler Rose is currently working with a well-established and growing chartered accountancy firm in South Buckinghamshire to find an experienced Payroll Portfolio Manager.

This is a brilliant opportunity to join a friendly and collaborative team of around 75 people, where you'll manage your own portfolio of 100+ payroll clients, from small businesses to those with up to 250 employees.

You'll be responsible for end-to-end payroll processing, handling complex variable inputs, managing multiple pension schemes, supporting system improvements, and offering technical support to colleagues. Experience in a payroll bureau or accountancy firm is essential, along with strong working knowledge of Sage (and ideally Xero/CCH, though training can be provided).
