• Running end-to-end payrolls (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly) like a pro.
• Setting up new clients, tailoring their payroll to suit them.
• Making pensions, benefits, PSAs, and year-end reporting look effortless.
• Spotting and fixing anomalies before they become problems.
• Building great relationships with clients and their teams - you'll be more than "just payroll."
• Sharing ideas to make processes smarter, slicker, and easier for everyone.

• Experience running payrolls (bureau/multi-client experience = extra brownie points!).
• Good grasp of payroll legislation, pensions, PAYE, and benefits.
• Comfortable with Excel, HMRC and pension portals (STAR/cloud payroll a bonus).
• Attention to detail that would make an auditor jealous.
• Great communicator - calm, clear and approachable.
• A problem-solver with a positive, "let's figure this out" attitude.
