Payroll Processor / Senior Payroller

We’re on the lookout for a Payroll Processor to join a well-established, friendly accountancy firm based in Spalding.

You’ll be joining a team that supports a variety of clients across the East of England, handling payroll, pensions, and auto-enrolment duties. If you’ve got experience running payroll from start to finish and want to work somewhere that values development, flexibility, and work-life balance - keep reading!

What you’ll be doing:

• Running weekly, fortnightly, four-weekly, and monthly payrolls for a range of clients
• Inputting variable pay like overtime, bonuses, and expenses
• Handling statutory payments (SSP, SMP, SPP, etc.)
• Submitting RTI returns to HMRC
• Processing auto-enrolment and pension contributions
• Dealing with payroll queries from clients and team members
• Keeping payroll systems and client records up to date

• Someone with solid experience in end-to-end payroll with practice experience.
• Strong attention to detail and great organisational skills
• Confident using payroll software and dealing directly with clients
• A proactive, helpful attitude
