Job Description - Payroll Senior

Payroll Senior - Hybrid | London
Salary: £37,000 - £42,000 + Bonus
Full-Time | Hybrid (3 days in office)

Our client is a large reputable international brand where they’re making a real impact in their respective market. They’re seeking a driven enthusiastic Senior Payroll individual to join their vibrant brand. This would be an opportunity for a hands on, high-impact role in a company that values energy, ownership, and growth.

Key responsibilities:

Preparing, reviewing, and ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing.
Managing payroll queries and shared mailbox communication.
Liaising with outsourced payroll provider and HMRC.
Handling BACs payments, payroll journals, and account reconciliations.
Supporting audits and maintaining confidential employee data.
Being the go-to payroll contact..
Assisting with payroll related reporting and process improvements
Jumping into ad hoc tasks and projects as required.

Required skills and qualifications:

Experience in a payroll role (hospitality or multi-site business a bonus!)
Confident with payroll systems and strong Excel skills
Excellent attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
Professional with sensitive information and a strong sense of integrity
A collaborative team player who can also work independently
Thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment
