Job Title: Payroll Specialist

JGA have the pleasure of being partnered with a fantastic team in Macclesfield, who are seeking a Payroll Specialist to join their growing team on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities:

Accurately process assigned weekly and monthly payrolls
Ensure timely payments to third-party vendors
Collaborate with the payroll team to maintain and manage shared mailboxes
Perform daily payroll report checks for accuracy and completeness
Manage and implement employee hierarchy changes
Create and manage job posts, ensuring proper placement within the organizational hierarchy
Administer pension schemes
Managing pension opt-outs and processing refunds
Handle HMRC-related queries and submissions
Respond to payroll-related inquiries via the shared inbox and by phone
