Payroll Specialist

Overview

Castlefield Recruitment are delighted to be working with a well respected organisation in Leeds City Centre. They are looking for an experienced Payroll Candidate to join their team on permanent basis. They offer an excellent benefits package including hybrid working of 1 day a week onsite.

Duties

• Assisting with end to end processing of payroll for a 2500+ payroll
• End to end IR35 payroll processing
• Process the monthly payroll including starters, leavers, and all other movements
• Effectively liaise with the external payroll providers
• Working with internal and external stakeholders on the benefit schemes
• Continuously review and update internal and external payroll processes

Requirements

• Proven experience in a payroll processing role
• Proficiency in accounting software such as Oracle
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
