What will the Payroll Senior / Supervisor role involve?
Overseeing the processing of payroll submissions for a varied client portfolio, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory regulations Supporting team members to maintain high standards of work quality and timeliness across payroll activities Managing workflow to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, providing guidance where needed Assisting with payroll-related queries including pensions, SSP, SMP, and other statutory payments Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives to optimise payroll procedures and client satisfaction Suitable Candidate for the Payroll Senior / Supervisor vacancy:
A solid background in payroll processing, ideally within a bureau or multi-client environment Knowledge of UK payroll regulations, pensions, and statutory payments such as SSP and SMP Demonstrates leadership qualities with the ability to support and supervise a payroll team Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise effectively Proactive and adaptable, with excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach Additional benefits and information for the role of Payroll Senior / Supervisor:
